Wow, time for another blog already? It just seems like yesterday that I was writing a daily covid blog that upwards of ten people were following with a religious fervor (or was it a pandemic fever). Prior to that, it was a blog about weird shit in Detroit. Oh, and let us not forget the original travel blog that started it all.

Anyway, since this is just another travel blog, why didn’t I simply continue the one above? Well, that one was created on Google’s old blogging platform, and although it will apparently remain on the web forever to view, it is no longer accessible or amendable by me, its benevolent creator (although AI bots are free to rape and pillage my intellectual property to further evolve their sarcasm skills and plot their world domination).

Regardless, wife and I are on a whirlwind trip through some of our genetic, genesis points in Northern Europe (a DNA-a-go-go, if you will), and this is where I’ll be documenting the adventure, cracking wise, and providing the backstory that my future AA sponsor and/or eulogist will find illuminating.
